The most dishonest service I have ever experienced. I placed an order that was suppose to arrive at 9:26pm according to their suggested time at around 9:35pm I contacted pizza nova who said the driver leafy 16 minutes ago. We live not even 10 minutes away from the location. I was advised if it did not arrive in a few more minutes to call back - I called back at 9:40pm to tell them the driver still had not arrived - they offered a 50% discount to the order and the driver would be advised. The driver arrived and went to charge me the full cost and I refused and called the number so they could notify the driver of the agreed discount - after he questions why and if I had a code - he did not want me to call the switchboard and he said ok so you are to pay 18.00 (this was suppose to include tax I later found out and the message went to the driver by phone, which he did not check at any point)…..he decided to charge me $22.00 suggesting this was including tax - I had a starving child and didn’t think to much of it - even tipped the driver - when I finally sat down and did the math - I realized that the taxes would not have been that much - it would have been $20.38.This driver ripped me off - taking advantage of the fact that I was trusting him after he told me to get off the phone with the switchboard and I thought it was weird that he didn’t do the math to make sure he was charging me correctly - I called the switchboard to tell them about what happened - that this driver did not follow protocol and that he robbed me, not only of the discount I deserved, but so much more. Out of principal I recommend that you do not choose this pizza Nova. It is one of the most dishonest service I have ever experienced and I will never use this location ever again!

Was there yesterday and saw female staff take the cloth that was used to clean the floor (was on the floor) used to wipe down interior of oven. Unreal. Also, in plain view of customers. Will not return after supporting this location since they opened.

Ordered online for pick up. Pizza was kind of burnt and the chicken was too light on the sauce. It was pretty good. Though, their online store is a pain to use

We have been buying pizza here for more than 20 years. It was the best pizza in the neighborhood. About 3 purchases ago something changed. The crust used to be delicious. Not any more. Now it is hard, dense and tasteless. It's like cardboard. The sauce doesn't taste like their regular sauce. It tastes like a combination of ketchup and tomato paste with a bitter finish. I don't know what's happened but I can't eat their product.

Ordered pizza for delivery. 2 pizzas for 41 bucks. I gave a 50 dollar bill. I asked for 3 bucks back. He said he only had a dollar. Im like this delivery guy doesn't bring change? Or is it he is just taking advantage.. everyone. Be careful with these delivery guys. They are very greedy .

By far the best, freshest veggies and mmm mm the taste is unbelievably amazing! Compared to other pizza nova franchises, this by far is my number one favourite spot to grab a slice and or a fresh made to order pizza. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. Greeting you as soon as you walk in with such an warmth and making you feel welcome. Definitely 1000%%% recommend this location !!
