I was referred to Medallion Insurance by a Coworker for Auto Insurance. A registered Broker by the name of Alex Sasic helped me throughout my process. Alex is very knowledgeable, patient and always fast to respond to any e-mail or questions I send him. I never felt pressured at all (this is one of the most important things I look for anywhere I go), he always gave me space when I needed to make my final decision and honestly one of the reasons why I chose Medallion. He is super friendly and understanding!Alex quoted me the best car insurance I could find and will recommend him to others in the future.Thank you again Alex, your customer service was spectacular and personable.

In February 2023 I traded motorcycles; which included changing my insurance coverage. I had the pleasure of dealing with Skyler TANNER Registered Insurance Broker, Renewal Specialist. I had several 'basic' questions that Skyler has no doubt had previously heard, and answered, many times. Yet she patiently listened to what I had to say and ensured that I understood what she had told me, (politely enduring my follow up questions). I also had an insurance documentation matter for which Skyler readily made further inquiries for me on my behalf. I received the results of those queries in a timely manner. Skyler was professional and friendly in providing prompt, efficient and complete service.

Moving, new car, adding kids to insurance….all stressful. Courtney made a world of difference to help me navigate all this. Patience and kindness is how I would describe her. I was mortified to learn my elderly parents home insurance with Belair had been cancelled with no notification due to non-payment during a hospital stay. They refused to re-activate for 3 years. I called Alex Sasic who is my agent with Medallion who I've been loyal with for many years. Dealing with Andrew Walkey was nothing short of exceptional.Our son, who is also a first responder, referred him to us as he was completely satisfied with Andrew’s customer service.
