I had my first appointment today at Trail integral therapeutics with Lizette and it was the best massage I have ever had. She was kind, accommodating, clean and inviting office space, and very knowledgeable (Lizette went above and beyond to help me find comfort in my third trimester of pregnancy). I cannot wait to go back for another appointment. Thank you Lizette!!! I will recommend Trail Integral Therapeutics to everyone!

Absolutely the best! Lizette made a world of difference for me before and after a hip replacement surgery. She was able to give me relief from some of the pain I was in before my surgery and I’m certain that without her I would not have had the great recovery that I did.I would wholeheartedly recommend Lizette!!

My wife was able book a prenatal massage session with flexibility, and we had a very positive experience with Lizette (RMT) over two appointments. She even took the time to do some teaching, including instructing me in some specific techniques and considerations, so that I can help too.Overall: would recommend
