Rude staff who like to waste time instead of helping customers.

This old guy working there neither let me take an appointment nor helps when i walk in.And he is very rude.

Really rude person works here doesn’t know how to talk

Terrible service. I did an eye exam and the prescription didn’t include the pupil distance, which I need to buy the glasses from online store as the glasses in their store is twice as much as online store. So I called them and they said they don’t have it and it costs extra $30.

The doctor there is so sweet and helpful, helped me in an emergency situation and got me all fixed up. The receptionist (?) however was pretty rude, which is a shame because the doctor is so great

Holy crap! Four times today I got a call from the Walmart Vision center telling me it is time for my vision check! I have never gone to them for a vision check and never will. They called three times after I asked for them not to call my number. Well now I filed a formal complaint with the CRTC I hope they enjoy that!

Terrible service. I did an eye exam and I waited for my glasses for more than 2 weeks.

Wait time is way too long. Up to almost an hour. Too bad becxthe exam itself was fine.

This place gave me new frames, half price because I was honest and upfront about keeping my glasses on my face and falling asleep with them on, which caused the old frames to bend in a weird way. They fixed my glasses for free now three times. Everyone who works there is very personable and good intetioned... One thing, the younger women who works there, although also clearly good intetioned and attempting to be polite in customer service, caught me off guard because she misgendered me completely without meaning too. I never did get to correct her in person, but I intened to in the future. All I want to say to her is that she should try to consider that transgender people are not always visibly transgender in presentation to cisgender(aka not transgender)people. I am looking forward to going into this place tommorrow to get my new frames which have been ordered in for me ☺I am going to try and remember to take a picture of the sign that has the hours on it as the hours are not listed online. My experinces however with the phone service, have always been positive- so far.

I needed to get my glasses repaired, and they did it very cheaply - $20. Essentially both arms needed to be replaced, and they did it within a few days. My glasses look great, even better than when they were new. Sometime soon I will be making an appointment to have an eye exam and get new glasses. In the meantime I'm very happy with these.
