First off: Wow! What an amazing result. While it was a fairly clean tear, I almost tore the bottom off of the leg of my beloved Oakley Unification Pro (Seth Morrison model) Gore Tex ski pants.Second, I like that this is a small business and they clearly take pride in their work. Took about 2.5 weeks from mailing out to receiving the repaired pants back, which is not bad. And again, the result is super clean, super professionalThird, I thought the price was very fair. Thanks so much Mr. Mender! Will look to come visit sometime as I love the Sunshine Coast!

These people are amazing. We brought in 4 different Patagonia articles and allwere fixed to a level it was very difficult to see the repair. They looked over the jackets to check for any further fixes needed and offered to replace a drawstring casing. And, it was done the same day. They called with questions as well. Highly recommend. Very friendly as well.

Hello! I was recently referred to The Menders and that was my lucky day! Debbie and her crew repaired 2 of my favourite outdoor down coats.... which had tears, burn holes and a broken zipper. Nothing this crew can't fix!! I am delightfully surprised with the EXCELLENT work, fair price, and great attitude!! Thank you Debbie!!!!
