I was sad when I learned that Money Mart at Neyagawa is closing but I didn't feel that bad when I found out the customer service at Speers Road Branch. My local Money Mart store was given everything they asked for - paystubs, drivers' license copy and void cheque. They screwed up the automatic withdrawal supposed to happen every 2 weeks from my chequing account and tried to blame my bank. I called my bank and had an extensive conversation with them. Money Mart NEVER attempted to make the withdrawal. This happened with both my payday loan and my installment loan. Not impressed.

I had a great experience. I travelled all over Oakville trying to find a currency exchange for Euros and was unable to find such an establishment until I went into Money Mart in Oakville (on speers) . Rima and Madhvi were a great help and was able to make the exchange. My experience was an A+

Sandra is very rude waste my time , let me call customer number many time for no reason, I do transfer every month with no issue, he make my transfer this time difficult, poor customer service , I will never go there any more and will use another company for transfer money..pls teach your employees how to deal with client.
