Very pleased with my first project with NewRidge Refinishing. They were highly responsive to all emails, provided a competitive quote, and completed the project in a timely manner. I had my stairs redone, with new treads, risers, and post/pickets installed. I was very appreciative that NewRidge Refinishing not only installed new stairs but was also able to stain/paint the final product (something that I found many stair companies in Guelph didn't offer). The team, led by Tyler, made sure everything was left clean at the end of the day and the final product looks outstanding. I have to hesitation recommending NewRidge Refinishing.

We recently hired NewRidge to refinish our hardwood floors. Peter was the project manager and handled the entire project from start to finish with professionalism. The arrived as scheduled and even finished our project 1 day early! The finished product was great! We would highly recommend them!

We have been very happy with the team from New Ridge Refinishing team.We had new raw red oak stairs installed in the middle of a renovation (bad timing...) and New Ridge worked with us to optimise the timeline for staining/finishing, while still keeping the stairs covered and protected from demo work for as long as possible.They were flexible and understanding when our dates changed at least three times. (Sorry!)Most importantly they were so responsive with communication. Within hours of submitting a request on their website, Scott called me to fully understand our challenges. This was followed with a video clip of Scott suggesting the work that would be required, and an approximate estimate. Brian then showed up on site to finalise the estimate and he chatted back and forth with me whenever I needed, he always responded quickly even when I said don't reply

This is our 2nd time using NewRidge, Matt is absolutely awesome!!Matt is exceptionally talented when it comes to fixing and refinishing hardwood floors. Finding a missing wall that left a hole in the floor after the carpet had been removed didn’t faze Matt at all, looks like it was never there to begin with. His attention to detail is phenomenal; he added door trim in places we forgot about. He left our home immaculate after each day, allowing us to get some painting done in the eve.This is a company when you find them you keep their business card for life. They are that good!!!Thanks so much for your hard work Matt, the floors look beautiful, what an incredible job!!

Sebastian and his teams (two sons) did an amazing job installing new floors to our first home! They were communicative, friendly and always went beyond to deliver such a quality work. We are very happy with the result and if we need any floor work next time, we will defo reach out to him :) Also, Scott has been fantastic in their communication as well and did the great project management all the way. An employee by the name of Matt came by and thoroughly explained to me the situation I have at the moment...And recommended me to use the stain I have for the repairs due to the complexity of the job...I appreciated his honest and knowledge...And in the future I will recommend this company when given the opportunity to do so...

Very professional and precise work. Clear communication on estimates, invoices and billing. Matt, the installer could not have been more professional, polite, accommodating with an extreme attention to details. I would qualify him as an artist in his field of work, and a great guy. This was a big job for us, and as we were living in the house as he was redoing the entire top floor, he took a lot of measures to keep the dust down and do a super clean up every day before he left. The end result is nothing but perfection. I could not ask for more. Thank you guys!

Matt from New Ridge refinished my hardwood floors and he did a fantastic refinishing. He even replaced the main entrance door sill as he felt that the existing was compromised and without extra charge to his original quotation for the work. He was the only contractor who actually came to see what was required to be done prior to preparing a quotation, while others would only throw a high number sight unseen. We are extremely satisfied with Matt’s work refinishing the floors at our 1950s bungalow in North York. They were in bad shape, and we weren't sure if they could be saved. He meticulously inspected what we had to work with, then provided his detailed plan for how to proceed, which involved some repairs, a lot of sanding, and transitions between roomsIt was very clear that Matt cared about every detail as he worked through the project, and he communicated everything we needed to know. The work was completed on time with no issues along the way. His efforts have breathed new life into our house that we will certainly enjoy for years to come.
