The day I needed a tow they were very busy and took a while to get to me. The dispatcher kept me updated on arrival which I appreciated. On arrival, the driver was friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for helping me out!

We called for a tow through CAA and were completely jerked around. The truck driver came up with some lie about how he couldn’t tow it because the car was in my boyfriends name and I was the passenger. We ended up calling again and getting a different tow company who had no problem doing the job for us. Not impressed

Fantastic service! Very friendly and extremely professional tire replacement and installation! We were back on the road so quickly with our trailer. Great pricing. Many thanks to John Taylor and his team! Highly recommend them. Most grateful for the drink of water on such a hot day for our dog!!!!

Excellent place, Erin towed me from the side of the 400 after my van broke down. Gave excellent advice on how to get my van towed/fixed in the cheapest way possible. Honest and friendly customer service, 10/10 would recommend!!!

CAA dispatched Petroff's two sequential nights when I was having car troubles. Both times I specifically requested Lesperance Towing, but since I was about 1 km closer to Petroff's territory and they claimed to be available, they were sent the call. Both nights they were no-shows, both nights they didn't bother to let CAA know that they weren't going to show up. Therefore both nights I sat on the side of the road waiting an extra hour unnecessarily. Good thing it wasn't minus 40 out. Oh, and that first call, Lesperance's was dispatched after the hour wait and they were on scene within 15 minutes.

Tow truck was sent by CAA rather than my preferred tow service. It was 8:30pm on a hot Saturday night. While the actual tow service was accomplished, there was zero in the way of customer service. Basically dropped me at a rural garage with no means to get home with my wife walking 6+ km because our dog couldn’t be accommodated. When asked about options to safely get home, the driver literally shrugged and said “that’s your problem “. If I’m ever in the similar scenario again, I will skip CAA and pay out of pocket for another tow service.

As I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a blown tire, I waited almost 3 hours for a tow truck. It was 21 kilometers and cost almost $200 for the tow. I wasn't very impressed with the wait time as a single woman stuck in the middle of nowhere. It was very cold and extremely expensive. Hopefully this never happens again.
