I live in ontario, just outside toronto and the product arrived within 2 days of ordering. Very fast shipping. Packaging was done very well, parts included were powdered steel and was wrapped and taped In bags so that no loss of powder in the event of parcel damage. Lawrence called to see how I would like it shipped and saved me a few bucks on shipping, the difference was refunded immediately back to my card. Great customer service, would highly recommend
