Unfortunately I purchased an Ariens snow blower and this is the only placed that sells parts .. We have found customer service not to be overly friendly .. Called today for an OEM part , but apparently all the parts folks took the day off

Purchased my first Ariens snowblower from Kevin who was just helping out in sales that day. When I returned the same day with some strange issues with my machine, it was brought in immediately and looked at. Being brand new, Kevin and Construction equipment decided it was best to replace the machine completely! Delivered to me the following day. Highly recommend Construction Equipment as they stand behind the brands they sell.

Great place to do business.Not only do you receive fast service, but they take the time to explain to you how to use and maintain your equipment.Over it all, their prices are hard to beat.I bought a tractor there lately. I am overall very satisfied, and I don't expect there to be any issues with the service I will receive from their part if I need it.If you are searching for a tractor, I definitively recommend you to take a look at their LS series.

Brought in my chainsaw for service. It was leaking gas (not from filler cap). Service Dept called me same day offering two options to repair. Pretty honest of them to not up sell me. I have my saw back working great for less than $50 repair.Thanks Construction Equipment. Sault Ste Marie is lucky to have this type of business people operating in our city.
