This is the best car Broker that I have met all my life.I bough a used car, that looks new. The cost is much less than the competition but offers many of the features, plus oneyear warranty.Max was very honest and kind, which is a big plus when you purchase a used car, especially for someone who don't have experience.I highly recommend Bisa Moto for any one in Ottawa who has no experience with used cars and who is looking for customer centricity, reliability of the vehicle and great after sale services.

UPDATE----We had an issue with the car, it needed a starter......Max , as mentioned below, stands behind his products and made it right. Cars break, heck, new cars break but service such as the service received from Bisamoto is a rare commodity in the used car" world!- Max you have my respect

**SCAM ARTIST**Cannot be trusted**Instead: *I recommend: Kurtis @ Car Loft Kingston or Honda in a Smiths Falls dealership outside of a city.**Bisa Motors experience was less than satisfactory.We had a meeting booked, they were unprepared, unprofessional & pushy.Prior to purchasing & prior to leaving the lot, Max attempted to MAKE ME give them a good google review… here it is!Unhappy, post first hour of owning the car.This car was overpriced by $3000.They did NOT safety. Safety $2300 in parts before taxes first 2 months owning vehicle.I will NEVER buy from a small dealership. It’s businesses like this who give used car dealerships bad names.They say there is a ‘warranty’ on the vehicle, it’s NON existing. They refuse to answer calls.Waste of my time, money and efforts.In the future, I will only buy from a large ‘Trusted’ car dealer, if you can find one. Try Car Loft, they are kind, helpful and will not waste your time.

Stay clear from this car dealer! The only thing this crook specializes in is reselling cars with defects. Beware! They will paint over extremely rusted areas and completely cover up parts of your frame and body that are rotting away! Beware that they will only fix noisy problems that you would notice during test drive and cover up severe dangerous issues. Always buy your cars from private sellers!! If you must go to a dealer, stay clear from this one!

Recently bought a 2011 Hyundai Accent as my first car and Max was amazingly accommodating. Max was extremely helpful and would go out of his way to make sure the purchase process as smooth as possible. He kept all of his promises when the car was delivered, including getting some parts of the car fixed, added on a spare key and he even waived the car registration fee. Highly recommended!
