Linen & Love Studios

One of the best studios in town! We recently booked the Fern room in a very short notice. The staffs were super helpful answering all our queries. They have very well maintained hygiene and protocol during Covid. The photos came out amazing and our clients loved it! So many different setups & props in a single room. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future for sure.

The room is spacious and decor is clean and simple if that's the style you are looking for. One complaint I have is there wasn't any air conditioning or circulation in the room, so it can get hot. Parking is limited since it's a small plaza, most of us had to park across the straight at Tim Hortons and walked over.

I think I should have read the reviews before booking this studio. I had booked 2 hour slot at this studio for the christmas session and 2 of my clients had medical emergency. I immediately emailed the studio and called them mentioning the same.Although I only wanted to cancel 1 hour to which they replied to me via email. Unfortunately we cannot give you the credit as the notice was 24 hours before the cancellation policy". Which I understand but someone having medical emergency is out of anyone control.I didn't even ask for the refund which I would prefer. But a credit would work too. I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS STUDIO OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK. Absolutely

Great studio to book your photoshoots! They have 3 rooms available, been using them all. Birch has the best natural lighting. Sometimes you need extra lighting ( overcast days).

Recently did my E-shoot at Linen and Love Studios, was surprised to see almost everyone on the staff disinterested in putting in any effort towards customer service. Our experience with this studio was good however we think there are a lot areas of opportunities to work on. We booked the Birch room which was pleasant to look at from far, but in reality it was dirty and broken down. We did notice the black paint looked like it was chipping off and the props were broken. Our photographer had to clean the room himself by vacuuming the room himself. The staff did not even offer to help out. I think it is a little over-priced for the experience they are offering.

After booking I reached out via email to see if they had any changes to their covid protocol and just wanted to get some more info and it was met with no response. My client ended up reaching out in which they responded to her. Not a huge deal but you'd think they'd send some sort of confirmation the day before or extra info on any policies/updates but there was 0 automated communication.On the day of the shoot, our space's heat was not working and it just happened that outside was -20 that day. The staff turned on 2 small room heaters but the Willow room is 700sqft with 20' ceilings so the heaters were doing nothing. As the photographer, my hands were frozen and the family with young kids and grandparents were so uncomfortable. Finally we asked if we could use the Fern room since it was warm and the staff said yes.They had a swing in the way of where we wanted to shoot and asked the best way to remove that. The staff seemed clueless. To be fair, she was consistently nice but seemed to be there to just fill that admin spot for the sake of it. Another reviewer described staff as disinterested" and I'd say this is 100% accurate. She found us a ladder in which I climbed up to lift the swing up into the rafters.The remainder of the shoot was fine but all in all

I've been wanting to do a photoshoot at Linen & Love Studios for a long time and so glad that we finally booked it.We booked the Fern room for 2 hours for a family photoshoot. The studio itself is immaculately kept. Each piece of furniture and decor is well thought out. The space is perfect for the casual and fun pictures we wanted. They were flexible, gave us the privacy and were super accommodating.Our incredible photographer (Photography by Su) was able to capture beautiful pictures. Highly recommend this studio!

The staff at Linen and Love are so friendly and accommodating! I had to reschedule once and they gave me the credit for the hour since it was within their policy time frame. The rooms are always so beautifully decorated and clean. Very spacious. Will definitely continue to book here!

Great location. Parking is a bit tough because the unit it shared. Worked out of here multiple times but sometimes find props/items are either missing or broken. Wish they were replaced sooner. Will keep coming here because it is convenient. Staff is also very friendly and helpful but wish management could be more faster to fixing the previously mentioned issues.

Just beautiful! We chose the Birch room and it was just perfect. We loved that it had 2 sides to the room to switch up our backgrounds in the photos.
