I placed an online order 2.5 weeks ago, assured by the manager it takes 3-8 business days to arrive. It has now been 11.I have received 3 notifications that it's ready for pickup (2 emails and a text) and have called/shown up at the store multiple times to nothing. After getting the runaround and no straight answer from anyone via email customer service, I spoke with someone on the phone today who actually said sorry everyone is new here we don't know where things are" I understand that companies have different structures (online vs. in store) - but if you can ship to store
