Sue's Salon and Spa

Have been here several times in the past..generally pretty good.This time I booked an appointment for a Saturday at 10 am 5 weeks in advance...a wedding to attend on Sunday and then off to Europe forone month. Drove 50 minutes from Oshawa for my appointment only to find out the hairdresser had gone on holidays and did not call me to let me know.A horrible feeling. I am now scrambling to find an alternative to this fiasco.EXTREMELY unprofessional.Will not be coming here again.

I do not recommend using this salon. 1 star is too many. Especially when there are more qualified hairstylists in Stouffville. My friend went here to get her hair done. It was a treat for her as she doesn't get her hair done often. She researched pricing and chose Sue's. She asked for a wash cut and style and a half head of blond highlights and brown highlights.She was there for over 4 hours. Her blond highlights came out copper and splotchy, she had specifically stated she didn't want copper. The cut was fine. The stylist over bleached her hair and then had to use a treatment in it which she charged my friend for without telling her she would have to pay. My friends hair looks awful. Nowhere near what she requested. Sue charged her $400 to cut her hair and then ruin it. I woukd recommend going somewhere where you won't get scammed.

I was looking for a new salon in town, and I found just the place. This salon is fantastic! The service and professionalism are excellent! Thank you Sue and a big thanks to your team of experts. My hair is looking so good. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.

It was my first time at Sue's. Had my first perm in 40 years. She did a lovely job. I'm loving it! I would recommend this place hands down. Sue and staff were friendly and fab and gave good instructions on after perm care.! DEFINITE A 5 STAR.

I really enjoyed the handful of times I received a haircut from the stylists here. Joanne and Nesi are really great to chat with. I also enjoyed the simple nature of the salon, no fancy bells or whistles, just a classic salon with reasonable prices.

This place is honestly amazing . So clean and friendly and everyone knows what they are doing. I have been with Soneela she is AMAZING dose exactly what you want her to do. I was so happy with the way she dose my hair I been coming to her from scarborough!

The prices are reasonable and the people are so friendly!!I had my hair done by Sue and I was really happy with the results! I can't say enough good things about the service that I received today. I called them at 4:30 for a walk-in haircut service, upon arriving there I asked Soneela if she can also do a color service which she accommodated. She stayed over closing time and give me an excellent color match and I looooved my hair. I'm so excited to come back from my balayage and service in June. Give these sibling women entrepreneurs your love and business.

Got a haircut with soneela, called half an hour before and got an appointment...this was my first time at Sue's, i absolutely love the haircut, Soneela is very professional and perfectly understood what i wanted in the haircut, so glad to have found her, needless to say I will be going back to her again.!
