My Christmas gift to my family was the Christmas Lights Tour the evening of Dec. 21st. We could not have had a more perfect experience. The limo bus exceeded our expectations and the lighting displays we saw were beautiful and extensive. Andy, our driver and tour guide, was great - personable, accommodating, fun and safe! Pete Savage was so helpful and patient with all my questions when booking our trip. My family and I highly recommend Exceptional Transportation out of Bloomington.

Our daughter graduated from High School. The ceremony was at the University of MN. With three 90 year old grandparents we knew we could not drive to the venue and get them to their seats easily. Exceptional Transportation was fantastic. They picked us up, dropped us off at the stadium close to the door. Our driver was waiting for us when it was over. He brought the proud grand parents and us to our homes. It was so easy and was very much appreciated by us all. The driver was so accommodating. Thank you, for a great evening.

Prom Party Bus Perfection - We booked my daughter's prom group bus with Exceptional Transportation for their event and couldn't have been happier! From planning to drop-off, everything was perfect. Pete responded promptly to emails and phone calls when setting up the event, the bus driver (Andy) texted ahead to let us know his estimated arrival - which was on time, there was a cooler of water for the kids, the sound system was amazing, and the kids had a ton of fun. Thank you for an amazing experience for them. We will definitely be using this service again!

Pete met me at the airport and safely transported me safely through a snow storm to Rochester. He was professional, prompt and an excellent driver.
