I called and asked them if they supply for residential 18 litre bottles and they made a sweet deal.Being in COVID times I was tired of going and getting my own bottles.I hired this company to supply water every 2 weeks.First week no show .2nd week shows up earlier than expected by 2 days.3rd week he shows up and we’re still on our first 2 weeks of consumption.Guy shows up whenever he wanted.Guy Missed dates that were clearly on my bill.They’re automated service called a day in advance letting you know that someone would be arriving next day……never happened!!!!When I spoke to a rep….his reply was we have issues with our delivery people.That’s fine, I get that.But why not inform your clients and stop the automated phone calls?Clearly they don’t want the residential service.They only want the big business.

Surprised people have problems with delivery. I order (by phone) 2 18 gallon bottles maybe every 6 weeks. I live in the Snowdon area and am super-satisfied with the service.

The most despicable company I have ever dealt with. avoid at all costs. I mean it. They are beyond terrible. No service, no call back and charge you on top for items you did not order. beware and avoid at all costs!I would put negative 1000 if I could. It was a nightmare experience.

I really don't recommend using this service. I ordered 3 times water and every time the order was late or extremely late and there was a problem with each delivery. Once, they did not pick up the empty bottles and they left my order in the entrance of my appartment building. I am teleworking so I am always home but they did not bothered calling. On top of that, they don't let you know on what date they will pass so it is always a gamble and you can add an automatic 2 weeks extra of wait for each orders. It is not as advertised, you won't received your bottles every 2 weeks... A really bad service and they charged me for their mistakes when the delivery man did not pick up the bottles. Again I was at home and they did not call. That was YOUR mistake and that charge should have been deducted from my account but instead I received a surprise receipt of an absurd amount. Save yourself some time and frustration. It is not phone to have to call them for every single delivery!

The worst service I have seen so far. Everyday they are saying that delivery will be tomorrow for 2 months! I canceled my account and ask refund for the empty bottles. No refund for 3 months!

I never write reviews but the professionalism within this company is truly lacking. Calls are constantly sent to the US (who provide amazing service but can't help with much) due to Canadian side being unreliable and having little to no service, not answering phone calls or emails with orders left undelivered and me wondering when I am ever going to get my water delivery. How something so simple is made so difficult is beyond me.

Absolute worst service ever. This is the first negative review I write on Google since I cannot believe how terribly unreliable this company is. Supposed to have water delivered 2 weeks ago; I call every day asking what's going on and the customer service reps continuously respond oh it got pushed to tomorrow". It has been pushed every day for 2 weeks and now I've had enough. Thanks for wasting my time."

Horrible delivery service in the Montreal area. We have been waiting for our delivery for 3 weeks (during a heat wave) and they continue to push our delivery date. We contacted another water delivery service and they delivered water the same day.Would not recommend, take your business elsewhere.Customer service is no help and no solutions are offered.

DO NOT GET LABRADOR SOURCES, I REPEAT DO NOT GET LABRADOR SOURCES!!!. Make yourself a favour and avoid any problems. Here is my story (I am in Montreal): I canceled my account in June since I am moving out. I got a pick up date for the machine as well as for the empty bottles. They never showed up. I have been calling since June every week to see what's going on, the only thing I get is a pick up date and a reference number that I request (Reference only provided if I call English customer service; French customer service is the worst), but they never come pick up the machine. It's frustrating how it's been 3 months since the cancelation and they still have the audacity to charge me for a service I have canceled, until I call to complain and then they refund the charge. What irks me most is that they are unapologetic about it. I have spoken to a supervisor, let's see if they finally come pick it up or I will just lose my time waiting, because they can't give you a scheduled time. Pick up its from 8AM to 8PM.

Driver was speeding in excess of 90 miles an hour on a 90 km an hour ZoneAndPassed me going up a hill on a dangerous mountain pass in west quebec real great driver near killed ne and my passenger he should have his license pulled indefinitely he ran near 100 kms a hr through a town 50 kmph zone with schools he skipped his schedule route to avoid my getting the truck fleet # and plate and turned around after running me for 30 minutes just to see Mt pulled over on phone with his company and he darts again back through the town at ridiculous speeds these guys are dangerous
