Very friendly and very helpful. They will bend over backwards to help you with any needs or questions. That is where we bought our Broil King barbecue and they delivered & took the old one away. We will definitely shop there again.

Salmon Arm Fireplace just installed a wood burning insert for us in Revelstoke last week and I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of service provided. From the beginning they were great answering all our questions over the phone and via email, also honestly recommending which products would best suit our needs based on the factors that were important to us.They were prompt and punctual, showing up when planned and getting the work done in less time than anticipated. The price of the work was also true to the quote. Overall the whole experience was smooth and easy and I would highly recommend them!

I don't think I'm alone in having worries when making big purchases, but nothing sets those worries at ease more than knowing the company stands behind their product. I had a minor issue with my stove and they ensured it was up and running asap. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

In our dealings with store we have found them to be very honourable and willing to stand behind any product they sell. They work very hard to solve any problems their clients may encounter. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and conduct themselves with integrity and that, in my opinion, is getting harder and harder to find in businesses today. I have used Salmon Arm Fireplace for various purchases and services. Most recently, I had them perform a WET inspection. I had previously called another inpsector. He was difficult to work with, such that I let him go and asked these guys to help me out. The contrast between the two was alarming. Salmon Arm Fireplace staff have been helpful, professional, and pleasant... and ironically less expensive. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with their installation and when we had an issue with heavy snow they came out and dealt with the issue within hours on warranty. This was 2 years after installation. Thank You 5 stars.
