I had called and reserved a 5x8 covered trailer Thursday Jan 21. received a confirmation email and guarantee it would be ready for me Jan 22. At 12:15 i received a phone call from this location telling me they did not have it. i said i had a guarantee and confirmation number. to which i was told i have nothing for you!" i asked about a 4x8

Is not a call center guy's try to understend these guy have market. If You Wanna book somethink do it on line. What a crazy guy's don't be mad because somebody didin't pick up phone. Been there 2 weeks ago and talk he rent me aviable van all good just go there and ask or book on line don't be lazy

First, uhaul sent me to the wrong address. Then they expected me to make my way to the right one and stand another hour in a line. My entire day was thrown off. Their software doesn't work and if you don't use it they charge a penalty. I'll never use this company again. Greed and horrible customer service.
