Neddy's North Bay Hyundai

I wanted to take my time in completing this review and be professional in this review instead of writing a review out of frustration. This experience happened several months ago. I want to start off by saying that even though months have past, I am still in disbelief of the behavior and the lack of professionalism that took place that day by the man at the front parts and service desk and the owner. I will say that the man at the service desk was cocky , arrogant , confrontational and provided false information. Multiple times. Also worth mentioning that he admitted to working on the vehicle and is not a licensed mechanic. Which is concerning. I will say in my experience, we were lied too, fed misinformation, told by the front desk we have no options and treated like we were the ones at fault from the moment we walked into this place of establishment. Even though it was a issue to do of a well known recall. I would never recommend anyone to ever bring there vehicle here. As this company can not be trusted and have the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. This place of establishment takes no accountability for there actions. Do your research. Talk to other full service garages before hand and you will hear how this place has a horrible reputation.

Went in for an oil service. Was made to feel at home. The staff at Neddy’s is amazing and will do everything they can to help. Thanks Neddy’s. Keep providing North Bay and surrounding areas your great service.

We are now driving our 8th Hyundai vehicle, all purchased and serviced by Neddy's North Bay Hyundai. We have always enjoyed the product and the 2023 Santa Fe we just picked up and are currently are driving is the best one yet. After 20+ years of excellence I'd never consider another product or dealer.

The best dealership experience I had while shopping for a new vehicle. I booked an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I showed up for the appointment Kyle tossed me the keys and the car was parked outside.When talking about pricing he was quickly able to breakdown the pricing for several models and finance terms. the whole process was smooth and not at all pushy. Definitely recommend visiting if you're looking at a Hyundai.

Purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Scott McTavish. It was the easiest and most straightforward vehicle purchase I have ever had. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable.Water, coffee available, TV and free wifi, the sofas were very comfortable, much selection for the coffee. It was very clean and well replenished.My vehicle was cleaned at no added cost. The best part was the excellent customer service, with a smile! Thank you! Especially Mathieu Samson.

I give 5 stars for the sales department and 0 stars for the service department. Joe in sales is phenomenal.
