14 Street Drain Company

All of the toilets in my parents’ home was having issues with flushing for months, had parts replaced multiple times and it didn’t solve the problem. Called 14 Street to check the issue out, and found it was necessary to replace all of their toilets. Job was done in less than 2 hours, they checked and cleaned the drain prior to installing the new toilets. No issues since then. Company is new but they are licensed Plumbers which is a bonus! Thank you for your efficient service.

Over the weekend my condo building had a main sewer line issue that created massive backflow into my basement. 14 Street Drain Company was dispatched to assess and repair. Brandon was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Upon further investigation, he discovered another unit experiencing the same issue. He not only saved my basement from turning into a full-blown biohazard zone, he fixed the issue in the other unit. He was on-site for hours, running from unit to unit (in the rain might I add) working his magic. Amazing job, Brandon! I will only use this company for my future plumbing needs.
