We had purchased a beautiful Doralin sectional sofa with a charming Dynasty red accent chair. Somehow I messed up which way the sectional long end piece should go. When it was delivered I realized it wouldn't work and went in to explain situation to Pam in Fort St John store. She graciously ordered us a new one right way. We are so pleased with everything, from the purchasing experience that Pam helped us along with (we went through her online catalogue in the store on her big touch screen), to the delivery and end customer service. Pam pointed out ideas that would work for our environment and now are thrilled we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Pam for making our new home feel like home:)Bryan and Lisa

Everything was in stock, Parry was very helpful and the loading guys stayed a few minutes over lunch to let us pick up when we needed to. Great experience.

City Furniture is a local, family run business. I received courtious service, and was not rushed, pressured nor led from my objective. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I found exactly what I wanted.

We have recently bought a dishwasher and washer and dryer from Pari at City Furniture in Dawson Creek. We needed new appliances for our mobile home in Chetwynd. Pari handled everything long distance over the phone and arranged delivery to our tenant. He provided us with great service and prices. A slight delivery issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you.

I live in Tumblerridge in an apartment. When Jashan and his coworker showed up to deliver it turned out the couch would not fit. ( My fault not theirs ) They tried everything I live on the 3rd floor & we do not have elevators.The next day I sorted it out with the store and today my new couch arrived and fits. The turn around was 1 week which I think was excellent given where I live. The couch is solid, comfortable, and sharp looking.

Such good service! They are very knowledgeable and give some good deals. I have shopped there for over 20 years and will make my next big purchase there. Would highly recommend.

Ordered new couch and chair in December of 2020 and got delivery today 05/04/21. Understood that due to covid things have been slow to get delivered when from out of state. City furniture has always been a great place to shop, the owners are fantastic!Wanted to post and let people know the delivery crew were super careful and helpful and some the friendliest delivery guys ever!Thank you guys!

When I walk in get a great greeting. Find they are very helpful in finding just what I want. I have bought a great deal of thing from there. If you dont live in BC. You live in Alberta you only pay one of the taxes. I have always got the best deal. Why shop somewhere else.

When the washer dryer set we bought 11 years ago (from City Furniture) finally gave out, I went back to see what they had for washers (as everyone has limited stock with covid). I got the info and prices for stock they had, and Perry helped me with all of this. I also went to see what the other two relevant businesses had in stock, and Costco. After comparing the reviews, prices and service, Perry was most helpful by far and the reviews I checked for the two units of interest were the best from them as well. I decided on the washer and Perry arranged for prompt delivery out of town. I appreciate the efficient service and so far the washer has been great :)
