great idea but do not believe the depot people can count, they can't and interestingly THEIR count is ALWAYS short. I have tested them many times, with triple count (3 people) prior to delivery. So for the 'convenience' expect to get ripped off a few cans/bottles from each bag. Head office does nothing about it.

The worst organisation structure.No professionalism, with staff lacking competence in all areas i.e customer care,management level...No direct contacts available for communication with the board or the ceo to express any complaints or concerns as a customer directly, which cannot be sorted out by the junior or management level staff.

Neither the location or head office do nothing to address any issue. Hard to ask location staff (Scott Rd & 66 Ave) any question because of foreign language problems.

Have notice at different drop off points get different refund amounts on I only now get 8 cents back from my deposit " of 10 cents Also another one if I use the Drop off service they promote only get 5 cents back from my 10 cent " deposit why they even call it a deposit if you dont even get the full amount back anymore"
