The experiences with the MRI section were excellent. The receptionist was warm and efficient, the technician professional and caring. Can recommend very highly.

Worst customer service ever.On the phone for the rendez-vous the lady humiliated me saying I didn’t know difference between an echo and radio.Then during the appointment they demand mask, but do not provide. If you are a service that asks for a mask; you must provide as it isn’t a mandate anymore. My mask was soiled, because it had fell on the floor outside while raining so I didn’t bring an extra. The lady shouted at me because I was unmasked.The secretaries at the desk are super rude and mean to all the customers.Honestly, healthcare is a tough place to work but you don’t have to be bitter and mean about it.

For x-ray, no appointment needed.Line up at reception is not for x-ray.Look for ticket dispenser pass the line and take the number.Opens early @0730 but x-ray only starts at 0800…This is good place if you live in the area and early morning person.You can easily find parking on the street early in the morning.

UPDATE: Showed up for an X-Ray this time (walk-in), the service was courteous, and the installations were clean and nice. Barely any wait time.So I’m not sure what to make of it anymore, your mileage may vary. If it’s walk-in I’d go again.Just here to echo everyone else’s review: they won’t answer calls, and their voicemail is always full. Go to Radimed instead (Westmount Square), great customer service!

The administration of this clinic is very bad. They never answer the phone and there's no other way to contact them. I cannot say anyithing bad about the doctors but all the others seem to just simulate work.I made a tyest two weeks ago and the result didn't get yet to my doctor although the radiologist assured me that it was to be sent the same day. And that after I had to wait three month in order to get an appointment.

worst clinic I have ever seen in my entire life, wost customer service, I was pregnant and looking to get endovaginal ultrasound, I was standing at the reception for more than 20 min, nobody said to me anything, when I asked the secretary to get an appointment she said rudely I have no appointment available for you call back in two months, eventhough in my requisition it says urgent. I would have given 0 if I had choice.

No wait for MRI.Best to go book an appointment for the morning, if you have someone dropping you off and have mobility concerns.Clean building. Very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.Would go again, if needed. :)

This place is clean but a little bit unorganized. The instruction to get a number is inside. When there are a lot of people in the line, the number machine is covered. It would be nice if there is a digital monitor showing the number called. The receptionist voice is very hard to hear when people are talking. Just a little tip to new patient, who wants to make an appointment, you have to get a number located across on the wall and sit down. Your number will be called. For those with appointment, you do not need to get a number instead go to the receptionists to time in and let them know you have appointment. Please wear your mask upon coming. There is no mask available for you to take for free!

Horrible receptionists, young black woman. Made me read my medical requisition form and told me to go across the street to get a face mask. Zero empathy.
