I recently joined Telcan and it was been a blissful experience, the customer service team has been so reliable, skilled and accessible, i was able to get a remote set up for my account and I enjoyed that a lot since I didn't didn't have to wait for a couple of days to get access to the internet

Well maybe I’ll get service if I complain here? I’m trying to get connected but almost 2 weeks after I ordered I am still not hooked up to DSL. I’ve made at least 8 calls and tried 2 modems. The latest is that I am supposed to call Bell and cancel my old service! Isn’t that their job??? I am very reluctant to do this since I have no confidence that I’ll be connected to their service and then I won’t have Internet for several days. Will update when/if it gets resolved…

bit of an issue with my phone service and it was somewhat of a difficulty. It was an odd issue which likely created some frustration on their side just as it made it a bit more inconvenient for myself but they fixed it just took a bit longer. Dealt with customer service and they are polite. Internet has been decent and comparable to Fido (Rogers)

Highly recommend Telecan for your internet service. You may think that such a low price means your internet service maybe choppy, but it is far from that. My internet service through Telecan is no different than my service from Bell when I had them, except Telecan's customer service by far exceeds that of Bell's. I am so pleased that I made the switch because not only am I saving money but I also now have peace of mind with their service.

Telcan has been amazing so far! I work from home and my old Internet used to be unbearable and my work calls were always dropping. Since switching to Telcan, it's been smooth sailing - and it's more affordable! The install was also super quick and on time.

During install Telcan managed to confuse two different accounts, one from Quebec 514 # and another Oakville 905 #; all I wanted was my number ported to the new Telcan account. This resulted in the 905 account getting 514 number, almost two weeks later and no resolution and absolute nightmare (can't use the phone, and no one can call me or get into the apartment from downstairs) I'm canceling and going back to Bell. Don't bother, costumer service is all off-the-boat Indian.

I came across Telcan on the internet while looking for alternative ISP to the one I had which was increasing their prices. I filled in the application online and called them to confirm my installation date from the number they listed on the completion screen. There was almost not wait time and took a couple of minutes to confirm. The modem arrive a couple days after. Installation was literally Rogers coming to check the connection speed (all of 1 minute) plug in the modem waited a few minutes for the connection and I was good to go! So easy! Very happy with the service so far.
