Do not use GoFor. This should be 0 stars.The 1st attempt for a package I had waited three weeks, GoFor tried to deliver just one time during the day on a weekday then returned my package that I had been waiting for, for three weeks. Yes. You read the right.I got the original company to resend my package, GoFor tried again at 9:30am on a Wednesday and because they couldn't get into my apartment building promptly returned the 2nd package that I waited another two weeks for. Again. Mid-day weekday people are at work. So you'd think they would at least try again or give a place to pick up.The 2nd attempt they at least called me this time, but I didn't call back until about 20 mins after and the driver said he returned it already.All I can say is this company is a scam and I have no idea where my packages are why I can't go pick them up myself. I had no choice who is delivering the package as they are affiliated with Landmark.I will be notifying Landmark that GoFor is wasting all of our time and money and not delivering packages properly.

Awful experience. I had to order an item 3 times and each time contacted them to have a note to call when here and never did. All 3 times the item was listed at return to sender and yet to get any refunds. The fact there is no pickup option and there drivers don't even bother to read delivery notes is a joke. I have no idea how any company would use them as a delivery partner.

I honestly can't think of a more garbage delivery company. Apparently the deliver tried to deliver my package once and it failed. It was then returned to the sender. Absolutely shameful!

O stars if possible. If they missed delivery for whatever reason, they immediately send your package back to the seller without notifying you and/or trying to communicate with you about any other options to solve the problem. It is your problem to actually google to find any means to reach them and when you do, you're out of luck since your package is on the way back to the seller so again, it is your problem and you have been warned! I had other couriers before who at least leave a note at the door to let you know what's up and leave contact info./options for you to do something. With gofor, you'll be in the dark so please if you need a courier, DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE. I will definitely don't want any others to undergo the same experience.

Had shipment from Eddie Bauer shipped with them. Tracking details weren't updated for 2 weeks. When they finally were apparently my delivery was attempted a week prior (when I was here all day) and then returned to seller. I was not given any notice. There's no phone number to contact them. They have no delivery window times. Avoid.

I wish I could give zero stars, or minus. I hope Landmark severs the partnership with this company. They never ever scan for updates.They got a horrible website that does not offer tracking directly.And from poor tracking, you get to know the estimated date AFTER the estimated date has passed days ago. Then what's the point of the update? At this point, the package is being sent back to the seller.Also they don't really attempt to deliver a package even though there's a building concierge from early morning to evening. I already see a lot of people complaining about packages being sent back to sellers without delivery attempts.I would check employees if this frequently happens. I hope any of my online orders never use this carrier.

No attempt to deliver and sent my package straight back to the sender… The driver literally didn’t even try. Really hope Landmark ends their partnership with this company. I already emailed customer service too and they take no accountability at all, they just stated that the item has been sent back to seller. Not even a “sorry”. Clearly this is a regular occurrence for them.

They never made any attempt to deliver my item, did not even call me or otherwise contact me, and returned the item to the seller. When I contacted their customer service for help, they told me that they couldn’t do anything as the driver “undelivered” the package and to contact the seller.You’d be better off flying to wherever your package came from and picking it up in person. Worst I’ve ever dealt with. How they’re even in remain in business is beyond me.

Horrible delivery service. If any company is reading this please do not use them! Was supposed to receive order and they claimed a delivery attempt was made. When I spoke to our concierge for the building he said no delivery company attempted delivery at the hour they posted. I reached out to delivery company and they claimed it could not be delivered and returned item to seller.1 star should say enough about how horrible they are.

Doesn't deserve a single star. Just a horrible delivery service. Apparently condo building are too complicated for their drivers to figure out. I have zero notifications to be buzzed in on the date of attempted delivery, so they didn't even attempt a delivery, then sent it right back to the sender!! No option to pickup, no second attempt". I think this is basically a scam. I'd be surprised if so many of these attempted "deliveries" ever left their warehouse. Either that or their delivery staff is woefully incompetent."
