I was very happy with this company and encountered no grumpy counter person" as another review mentioned here.I had several phone conversations with these folks before going to their order desk to pick up a very small order. Every encounter was very helpful and courteous. At the order desk I had two people helping me to make sure I got what I needed. In the end I spent maybe a 100 dollars which was a very small order for a company that would normally be doing orders worth thousands of a dollars. At no point
