I have used Superior Heating band Cooling in the past and would not go anywhere else. Pete, the owner, does business the right way - honestly. Checked out the boiler in a home I am wanting to buy, and I now am confident to go forward with the purchase as boiler was the last thing on my inspection list. Joe was available 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time, so he called to ascertain whether he could do our repair while in the area; I was not able to be home. He listened to my description of our difficulties with one of our two a/c units, and then did the repair. After he completed our repair, he called me to let me know what he found, and how he fixed it. He is courteous and professional, and he sure knows his trade! But the best part is how he treats his customer.We are so glad we have Superior Heating and Cooling on a maintenance contract. They respond quickly (there and done inside of 4 hours from our call for help); customer satisfaction is clearly a high priority with this business.

Pete and his crew are top notch and very customer service oriented. After having no furnace for 9 days they got me up and running quickly and tagged me as an emergency call. Their quote was fair and the work was done professionally and completely cleaned up. Kudos to my 2 techs, Gabe and Travis who stayed on the job until it was done right. I recently had a new heating and cooling system put in my home. Everything was great from the estimate to the installation very professional and the 2 man crew of Justin and Todd answered all my questions and had great attention to detail. They are very professional and explained things when I asked questions.My new system is so quiet and much more efficient already, I would recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs.

I have used Superior Heating and Cooling in the past for furnace repair and maintenance at my rental. They always repons quickly and do a great job fixing problems and explaining things. This week we had a burst pipe that leaked water into a basement bedroom. The owner and President of the company was at our home to give us a quote on a job when we discovered the problem. He pitched right in to help move things from the room and was here for at least a half hour helping. The guys who work for him showed up quickly to fix the problem and did a great job. They told me he was a great guy to work for. I appreciate hearing that because there are too many of the other stories lately. They have a customer for life.

We have an older, air over air system that only a few furnace companies would service because of the complexity of the unit.Air conditioner .wasn't working , filter system was electronically shutting unit down, etc., etc.All issues were addressed and reworked or repaired. We had 3 different employees, 3 separate days to analyze and repair the problems. We were very impressed with all of the repairmen and will be calling on Superior for our future heating and cooling needs.
