I highly recommend Kintec for going the extra mile for me and for the high quality shoes and inserts they sell. I bought running shoes with inserts for mortons neuroma and my foot almost instantly felt better! I am so happy to be able to walk now without pain. Also, I have hiking boots that I did not buy from their store, that were too tight. They stretched them for me, free of charge! Now my hiking boots feel perfect, thanks to them!! Went to the white rock store to buy a second pair of runners in less than a month. Met by Marla as soon as I walked in with a warm friendly greeting . She asked for my name and was very personal and professional and I told her why I came back and what I was looking for. I never had to repeat myself, she knew exactly what I needed and she selected a few pairs of shoes for me to try. Within minutes we had it nailed down what my best option should be as well as answered all my questions. Marla had me out the door in 15 minutes a happy customer. Will definitely go back. My wife has dealt with her as well and very pleased.

I'm going to be as polite as I can with this review. My mother received a medical note with detailed description for a custom knee brace for her bum knee. As this location was located down the street we were a walk in and hoped to just get some info, future appointment or even a quote. None of this was delivered. Zero acknowledgement upon walk-in. After 15 minutes of your occupied staff pretending that we weren't there waiting, I finally spoke up on behalf of my mother and was told to take a card, call at a later time and make an appointment. That's it. You can't be serious. Do you think I went home and called the next day to book an appointment? I'll be going to BioPed to get my mother a $1,600 custom knee brace. Thanks KinTec!

I have been lucky enough to use the services of Matt Deeter for more than 10 years now. In his lovely new shop that includes a vast array of New Balance shoes and possibly others too, I had to visit him during the Covid lock down. The protective procedures for clients coming in made me feel comforable. Other customers were welcomed in following the safe" proceedures. As well

I stopped by this afternoon without an appointment and was greeted by friendly staff that were very helpful and courteous. Pardeep was especially professional, fitting me with a pair of runners while giving me a few options. Would definitely return thank you for your assistance.

I've been experiencing some knee pain lately. I really just wanted to start by looking at better walking/running shoes before anything else.Their free consultation was professional and to the point and they stocked all the brands I researched online for this problem. I didn't feel obligated to buy right there and then, or to commit to anything further - much appreciated.Having said that, if I DO need more help, I'll go back in a blink.Thanks Sagar!

My experience at Kintec White Rock was nothing but the best! Pedorthists Matt & Tim designed and fitted me with the perfect orthotics and fitting experts Tamara & Parneet provided excellent service during my two visits! My orthotics are extremely comfortable & I’m no longer experiencing the horrible pain in the ball of my foot like I used to. Thanks so much Kintec White Rock!!

Purchased insoles from them, left extremely dissatisfied. Pain only got worse and when I went back for a refund or an exchange I was told I could get 10 or 20% off my next purchase. Product simply does not work. Do not buy their insoles stick with buying new shoes. I just went and bought in the souls at a different store and I work much better.
