I requested the activation fees be waived as I am a Rogers customer for 15 yrs but the salesperson denied to do so.

Never completed purchase, was told at a kiosk that I had to go wait in a cosco line to pay then come back for it.

Very poor experience. After asking for a specific mobile phone, I was pressured and upsold to a higher model. After some research and thoughtful consideration, I recognized what I had been told was completely false, and returned the device the following day. Fortunately they weren’t too difficult when it came to completing the return, other than the fact that the two salesmen that assisted me from the day before were snickering back and forth, and talking about me in their own language. They didn’t have any tact to keep it discreet… or wait until I was gone… or just simply be descent human beings and scrap the judgement all together. Incredibly unprofessional, and overall I’m disgusted with the customer service of the Wireless Mobile stand at Edmonton 91st Street Costco.

Best service ever at south side Costco cellphone kiosk. Rohan truly cares about his customers by going to bat for them with the big phone companies. The extra fees were removed for me. My first bill was greatly reduced because of his professional concern for us. Very thankful for him.

Everything thing was amazing, except the sales pressure for warranty and one of my numbers got mixed up with someone eles number.

Mandeep was very helpful, courteous and professional. While he was on the phone with the provider, we heard him say “so what can we do for them” which impressed us very much.He was aware of other clients needing help and acknowledged them. And he would help fellow employees as well.

The person there (tall and was wearing a golden bangle) should learn some manners. While he was helping some customers, I was waiting. When he handed over the phone to the customer, I asked if they sold something. He said he had. I asked the price. His answered rudely that i should wait until he is done with the customer. In the past also he seemed like he was not that interested in answering questions.

I am a new immigrant to Canada and landed on 30th Nov 2022. The first thing that you need in a new country is a phone connection. I visited some centers and I felt a little disappointed by the service. Finally, I met Riya at the Costco wireless kiosk. She had a very friendly and helpful approach and she built rapport instantly. She understood my requirement very patiently and offered me some very good options. I want to repeat - She was very PATIENT. I want to thank her for all her help, support and excellent welcoming behavior, that made me a repeat customer for my wife. In future I will definitely recommend everyone to her, who has a phone connection requirement.She is an asset to her organization. Thank you Riya :)

Exceptional service. Jas and team were diligent and explained the plans and offers. Gave me a choice of devices that fitted my needs.Walked away satisfied and will be back to upgrade
