Excellent cleaning service! I called Smart Maids to come in to do a deep clean prior to my house being put on the market. I was very pleased with this service and my whole home sparkled when Catou and Clarissa were finished. I was able to come and go, running errands while the cleaning team was working. A very reliable, trustworthy company. I have just scheduled another appointment as I was so satisfied following my first appointment. Highly recommend this company!

I normally don't post online reviews, but in this case I wanted to take the time to do so.Smart Maids did an excellent job with our house. They were efficient and very thorough with the job and left the place sparkling clean. The team of Marilyn and Helen were extremely professional and had a very good positive attitude.Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic experience with Smart Maids. We would definitely recommend their services to anybody. They have made a great positive difference to the appearance of our house.

I own several Airbnbs and need them cleaned thoroughly. It was very hard to find a service that adhered to my strict standards : Smart Maids does not disappoint. I also hired them to do my cleaning of the common areas in my other building complex. They even clean the baseboards ! No other cleaning service has ever done that. My tenants appreciate their attention to detail. A pleasure to deal with!

I had a terrible service and I’m never ever engaging with them again, don’t even bother.I had paid for a service and they wouldn’t give me a date for the cleaning. When I asked to get my money back they suddenly had a date (this was after plenty back and forth emailing).The day of the service comes and a girl shows up alone telling me that the other person was going to be half an hour late.She starts cleaning (she was great by the way no complaints about her). An hour later, a guy shows up saying he’s here to clean as well.He was talking to the other girl the whole time didn’t clean a thing and left half an hour later.The first girl had to stay a bit longer to finish cleaning and they bill me an hour extra!!! The nerve!! (There were supposed to be 2 people for two hours) I had one person for 3 … and the guy that stayed half an hour doing nothing.I called them and finally they removed the charge but I had to call them and explain (more of my time wasted )So in summary…. Just avoid them

I used their services for a move out cleaning. As requested, they called me before they arrived at the location and were fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies they needed. The 2 Lady that came were polite, fast and did an amazing job. The apartment looked and smelled like new when they left. It took about 2 hours for the two Smart Maids to complete the task, for a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom place. Thank you!

We started using Smartmaids about a month ago, for regular every two week cleaning. From the first phone call, Rene understood everything I needed, and the care that is required for our circumstances. After our first service, Rene called to follow up and see how things went. This company cares about helping, and to ensure we are happy. We have had Hanna come twice already. She has always on time, super friendly, and does an amazing job. And our puppy loves her too! The ease of having us scheduled every two weeks, was so simple. Rene and Hanna have been amazing!!! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the team (Debbie and Cassandra) dispatched to my apartment at the end of May, very happy with their service and I would like to continue to have this very team once a month. I really really liked them both. They are young and vigorous and eager to learn, which is the best trait.
