Took our Mercedes here after another mechanic mis diagnosed and fixed the wrong parts. They diagnosed it within 30 seconds of hearing, and had the work done quickly. Were honest and had alot of good feedback, Would recommend over any other mechanic we have used in Sarnia.

Mike went above and beyond to diagnose and explain everything I needed to know about my car.He was professional, informative and showed a lot of pride in his business.I have been to shops and spoken to in a very disrespectful way, assuming I knew nothing about the automotive world. Mike doesn't do that. He knows how to speak to his customers, and does so with confidence.Highly recommended.

These folks went out of their way to fit me in when they were already really busy. Initially they couldn't find a problem but had several staff test drive it until somebody found what I was talking about. They helped me get a refund on faulty parts that had been installed by a competitor. Friendly and genuine, I can't recommend them enough.

While traveling in a van as a band on tour, our wheel bearings wore out on us as soon as we got over the border from the states. The crew here was so helpful and kind to get us fixed up and back on the road right away. Could not have been nicer, and I can’t recommend this shop enough!

I would highly recommend Hardcore Auto Tech. I was on my way home from London to Lansing and just outside Sarnia I knew I had to get it checked. I saw Hardcore Auto Tech just off the highway. They weren't open but I saw someone so I asked for help. Reggie was wonderful. Helped get me on the road again. I can't thank him enough.

Showed up with a leak in my tire and they immediately found the hole and plugged it followed by advice to get new tires. No waiting, no disrespect just the best service. They are from a different planet I think because I've never recieved such red carpet service. Trustworthy, honest and at a price that anyone can afford.
