Is the receptionist (Jaqui) the owner who chose to set an appointment with me by leaving a voice-mail and even though I did not confirm (was working remote- no cell service for the shift) sent a technician to our business without our knowledge and then blames me? Then expects a credit card before the next service call, as if our business doesn't pay? How presumptuous. As if we were the ones to screw you over? When I did call back to find out if I needed a technician or was itsomething that could be figured out by phone, as this was my initial question still unanswered, (not even by voicemail) I was rudely informed of that appointment that she gave me by voicemail and how I had missed it. Who does this? Set an appointment by voicemail with no confirmation??? I was especially disappointed by the speaking down, to me, arguing, being rude and toxic? Some personality types should not work with the public, this appears to be the case with this receptionist.Just asking?

Disappointed with Service. There are no after hour call support. They lie to keep contracts and service cost high.

This company is not 24hr. Support. They lie. Try calling for real service after hours of regular office hours and see for yourself.No policy or and procedures help employees in any shape or form.

First they accepted a job to calibrate a mobile unit (took 3 days to get back if they could do it) which they are not authorized to. After finishing my gas station metres they tell me they not able to calibrate the truck and i’ll have to hire someone else. Be very careful when dealing with these people. It’s been 4 days since they calibrated my metres but nobody has put up certification stickers on the pumps yet. Never hiring them again, be careful guys. They will lie and blame you for any work not done.
