I've received poor customer service twice in a row now. Doesn't look like the manager reads or cares about these comments but in order for business to succeed and do well customer feedback is crucial. Staff attitudes in person & over the phone needs vast improvement. Lost a customer here.

This is my repeat location and I'm always finding something for my crafting shenanigans! Mostly well stocked but I can't complain. The staff are friendly and helpful! And be sure to hold onto your coupons that come attached with the receipt for 30-40% off an item, or check their website online for the weekly one.

I used to go to this location for cake decorating classes and its an excellent store. The classes and selection offered is great and there are tons of time slots to attend. However, like all Michael's locations, upon entering you get lost in a hurry and I find somethings hard to find. The store offers a wide selection of products but I find the store layout a bit confusing. I happened to go in for frames and I do know exactly where to go for those. Also, you would have to travel to Vancouver if you wanted newer release items as this is not a flagship store (as per staff).

Great craft store! Affordable and good quality.However - Often low stock, you need to learn the days the refill. Staff often won’t get items out of the back for you, even if they have it in stock. What’s on the shelf is what you get.

I wanted to buy an expensive item. Costco had it for cheaper but I was willing to pay more to get a little extra knowledge from people who know crafting machines. It turns out they could not answer my questions, but I'd already made 2 stops and decided to support Michael's higher price as long as it came with same accessories as Costco. I knew nothing and couldn't tell from the box. A staff member said we could open and look. Once opened they had a genuine fear of a manager who realized we opened the box! *gasp*. I laughed it off thinking that the manager surely would be fine once I learned that I was a serious buyer and would probably drop $500 there in the next 5 mins. But there was no recovery. The employee felt bad, I felt shame, and it ended with the manager literally walking away carrying with the product with them. I drove to London drugs, they answered my one question (by opening the box) and I bought it immediately. I still have awkward feeling about the way I way treated and don't wish to return.

I ordered online and went to pick it up, when I checked the store found better frames for my puzzles and changed my mind. It is a big store with various types of art materials. The teams were helpful specifically the Young lady cashier.

I would say the customer service in this one is the worst because i asked for help to get me craft box from the top shelf and they kept me standing when i was 9 months pregnant at the checkout for half an hour and keep saying we are are working on it.Finally i have to left and they seems unbothered.I just avoid going there now .

So many options for crafts and woodworking. (Sorta). Lots of varied selections of craft ideas. Lots of products. Went in for some craft ideas and came out with paints , canvases, brushes and everything else for painting. Had a great time doing paint night with the gf. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be back for sure
