The non-student workers do not realize that they are working in customer service where the customers are almost exclusively students. The non-student workers' rudeness and lack of care make the experience very unpleasant

Overall great place. However the desk employees (ones behind the service desks) are usually not near as kind as those on the floor. Great products. I tried their online order with campus pick-up with terrible service found from that.

Well established, international students are taken care ,staff is helpful. Quality of education, world level ranking is yet to improve.overall it is best.
