Good convenient ample parking. Lots of covered and outside parking at the rear. Mobile 1 Gas bar to fill up. Large spacious store. Well lit wide isles, all your groceries needs. Seafood, deli, hot items, bakery, meats, dairy, etc... Mobile phone and PC financial services. Pharmacy and some clothing as well. Generally fast checkout with lots of cashier lanes and self service checkouts also. Clean and well kept. Good shopping experience.

I find everything thing easy to find, check out is usually fast.Only negative thing is the restaurant down stairs that throws its waste water onto the sidewalk every night leaving foot traffic no choice but to walk through it.

On a weekly basis, I have grocery pickups at Superstore Richmond, manager Pinder is quick and responsible, makes time to connect with customers. James is careful and efficient when helping me to load groceries into the car. Great service from them makes groceries pickup a breeze and thank you.

Always check the best before date before buying meats… they sell meat that needs to be used by the day of for regular price!!!! Stank up the whole fridge. My bad for not reading the labels

Located at No.3 road in Richmond. Free parking lot is available. Parking space is a bit crowded. Shopping atmosphere is ok, sometimes pretty crowded. Credit cards accepted. Check out speed is a bit slow. Couple different stores located at the same facility. Overall experience is actually not bad.

Very unhappy got turned around because of the item limit in self checkout. I’m not blaming the attendant who is enforcing the policy but the management for not seeing the problem and not giving proper procedure to staff how to respond to this kind of situation.Friday afternoon June 16, 23 around 16:00 and very limited checkouts which can take more than 25 items. Lined up for self checkout with at least 30 items in the cart and got turned around saying only 25 or less items. Was at the very end of line and clearly sign isn’t visible until you are near the self checkout. Probably saw only at least 3 manned checkouts that will take larger quantity and line ups to these checkouts are absurdly long.Suggestion:-Hire real people to man the closed checkouts***At least 15 checkouts but rarely more than 5 opened. Can at least remove unused checkouts and expand self checkout like Walmart which has at least 20 self checkouts, TNT, or Cosco to name a few-Remove item limits at self checkout***Don’t waste people time making them turn around if their cart is more than 25 items. Who count quantity of what is in their cart? Attendant can at least say “for next time, it is limited quantity checkout but I will let you go for now” but NO, attendant insisted we cannot proceed and have to line up somewhere else. Cannot emphasize how extremely unhappy and embarrassed we were when my wife and I was made to split our cart into 2 and made us go back at the end of the line. RUINED OUR AFTERNOON. Heard someone on our way back that the line is fast which I believe she is empathetic with what happened to us. Wouldn’t have happened if more checkouts are opened.-Be prepared for afternoon surge of shoppers***Not enough staff-Remove pallets of items near self checkout***These pallets of items that are being put by the entrance is just creating more traffic. Clear the entrance. I know it’s not selling items and there are reasons for that, IT IS NOT SELLINGDon’t waste more of my time by turning us away yesterday, making me write this post and responding to this complaint that “We were disappointed and please call 1866” I wrote down what is wrong and do something about it. You guys can read.

The apparel shop, Joe Fresh, has bargain clothing.

A great one stop shop for most of your shopping needs. PC products are a great cheaper alternative to other brand name products. They have a good selection of goods, produce and household items.It gets pretty crowded on weekends and I wish they would replenish their carts during these times because you can never find a cart in the parking lot.Also, they are regularily out of stock for lactose free 4L milk and Dairyland milk.
