Would give 0 as well if I could. they take your money and that's the last you see or hear from them. They won't clean your snow, and its a Thursday. They won't answer the phone. Goes straight to voice mail. Left 1 message. Called back 2 hours later and it tells me the voicemail is full. I guess a lot of people got no service. You pay, but they might not clean your snow.

First winter storm Dec 16, and no Da Silva insight on Jean Brillant as of 17:30 hours, only see Lariviere tractors…..very bad service,when we are asked to pay in advance., and shovel our own driveways

zero star, their snow removal truck HIT/CRASH/SCRATCHED my car in the parking and they avoided us completely. never called us, never came to see us. the employee told us they will get back at us with the boss but never came back. we called them a hundred times, showed up to the boss's house but his mother said he is not home when clearly his car was parked in the driveway. never again people.

I don’t understand the poor ratings as they have been my snow clearance since they started. They are up and out before the city and my driveway is always cleared not just once but continually.The operators are even patient and wait as I run out to move the vehicles

If I could I'd give it a zero. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody calls back to check up and nobody passes by on the weekend. The worst service. If you're looking for something better I'd recommend bb landscaping or ranaldi snow removal. There have been 3 major snowstorms and I have shoveled the snow away each time myself. When one of the snowstorms was on a Friday they showed up on Monday. The worst.

I’ve been using this company for the snow removal, for about 20 years. They do a great job. I recommend this company to anyone who doesn’t want to shovel.

They are good. Most punctual and reliable snow removal company in the area. They come early mornings and during the day to clean any snow left. At times inattentive and scratch a patch of loan. Usually, they are easy to reach by phone if needed.They are more expensive than another company serving my hood, but the other one either skipped or were late in the past yeats to clean the driveway so I had to shovel a couple of times myself to get the car out.Overall I'm pleased and recommend Da Silva as snow removal company.

For the third time this season they just didn’t show up after a storm . Coming home from work only to have to shovel your way into the driveway is not fun . To make matters worse , houses on the adjacent streets were done. If they don’t come today everything will most likely freeze and my driveway will be a pain to navigate . Thanks Da Silva !Ps: don’t even bother trying to call them , they don’t answer and their voicemail is full .

Worse snow removal ever. If there is a Zero rating I would've given them. They are always late. I see other people snow removals except them. 2 years ago they bached my front stairs and had to call few times to come fix it. And they fixed it whatever. This year their truck driver hit, scratched and removed some of my bay window element. We called and send them a registered mail and no one cared to call. Clearly they look for money only. They don't care about their clients nor their reputation ! Very bad service

I’m extremely disappointed. They have skipped my house multiple times over the last 3 years. I have an issue this year and I’ve been calling them all week and of course no one has answered nor returned my calls.
