Kurves has been my go to place for threading and I have been satisfied so far. One girl gave me excellent service one time, don’t know her name she was tall with long hairs. I didn’t see her after that just wanted to know if she still works there because I would love to get my threading done from her again. Thankyou

Would not recommend this place!Went try to fix the issue as my lashes did not lift. The first girl began to make excuses that my lashes are so small. Then asked why didn’t I say something to them then. I would have if I could see my eyes. If small lashes was the case why didn’t they tell me that it would not have worked on my lashes, instead of having me waste my money.Then the other girl came and talked to the other one while I was standing there and then just said there is nothing we can do.

5 stars for the usual girl I see there. 1 star for the girl today. Preoccupied and unfriendly, her boyfriend was there and she was distracted by him. Didn’t trim my eyebrows and didn’t clean around the centre.

Not impressed. My experience with Kurves has not been great (ones in Ottawa). Before we started, I informed the lady that I would like to keep the thickness of my eyebrows and the one on the right is not fully grown. I'm in the process of growing it out. She replied with an Ok."Once the eyebrow in question was completed

I booked an appointment through online for eye-brow threading. While booking through online they showed that the slot is available at 6:30pm. As I am new to Kingston one of my friends told me that the mall closes at 6pm. So I rushed to mall and reached Kurves nearly 5:50 pm. And I told the staff that I booked through online and in that the slot showing as 6:30 spot available. The staff was very unfriendly and she simply said “ Well I don’t know whats going on with online things, now we are counting cash and its time to close.” It’s totally understandable if its time close. But the way she treat a customer because of their online booking glitches were not acceptable. So those who book through online just keep this in mind.The management have to take steps to update the online glitches.Because not only staffs, customer’s time is also valuable

Best threading i know in kingston! I drive miles to get this service. Recommend to everyone!
