We recently ordered takeout from Drayton Chophouse, originally, our order was not up to par. I reached out to them and received one of the best return customer experiences to date. They replaced our meals (the replacements were 10/10, meals that reminded me of Drayton Chophouse quality from 5 years ago!) For no charge (again, dine out)The manager went above and beyond, I look forward to dining again with hopefully the same second experience, the first time around!

Drayton Chop House
Stumbled across the place accidentally. I was buying an item off Kijiji. Excellent atmosphere, it's classy, relaxed and perhaps more casual but you could certainly go dressed up. Wine was fantastic. I had the Henry of Pelham 2015 Baco Noir, introduced me to an Ontarian classic!! Salad was delish and the server was incredibly friendly and sweet. We'd go back for sure.

The Chop House was overall I nice and yummy dinning experience. The place is all decorated cow boy wester style and had an indoor and outdoor seating area. I didn't go inside because I sat outside but from hazy memoirs for about three years ago the place was clean and nice inside as well. The food tasted grate but the prices where a pit expensive for what it is worth. I got there most expensive burger (the name of which I don't remember) and it tasted grate but I think it should have been cheaper for what you are getting. the service was gait but the food took a bit to long for my standard's. it took about 40 minutes for what I would say a basic meal for 3 adults and one toddler. another thing you should know is that the kids menu is not on the menu and you have to ask the water what it is. speaking about the menu they gave us one menu for all three of us which I thought was weird but docent really madder. Overall the Chop House is a nice spot to go to if you you want some food and is really the only good restaurant in the Drayton.

Food was great, unfortunately fish n chips were not available so my wife settled for the nachos, which was ok, could have been bit more loaded. Burgers were awesome, bosuse fries were crispy and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

In the small town spirit we try so hard to support our local restaurants during these hard times. We have continued to support them all. Tonight our family did takeout and the burgers were burnt beyond belief. When I tried my daughters burger it was black half way through and unedible. Being take out returning it was not an option. There is no way the cook did not know how burnt (not over cooked but charred burnt) it was. It's too bad you couldn't just serve decent food which you normally do as we would gladly keep supporting you. We can no longer pay good money to support if you can't keep up your end. We will be continuing to support local but I'm sorry you have fallen from our list. Visited Friday Nov 19

Check your bill very very carefully! When this place first opened it was amazing. But the last few visits have been a disappointment. Food is okay but nothing special for the price. The spinach dip was fine but pita bread was cold and stale . Charged us 99 cents each for ranch dip for veggies in the kids meal. The fries tasted fine but were all in small pieces. My drink was wrong and then I was overcharged. I tried to reason with the waitress but forget that. Definitely a place we wont be going back or recommending. Such a shame

We live in town and have tried so hard to support a small local business by ordering the family meals over covid etc. But every single time the food has been horrible. Fries are way over cooked as well as burgers so over cooked and fish dry as well.It's very sad as about 5 years ago their food was some of the best around and we drove 45mins each way to eat there.We gave it one last try and have decided we are simply done wasting our money on horrible food. It's very disappointing as there really aren't options in town.
