I would recommend this company to complete your roofing job. I had reached out to Fred last year and inquired about the process and a quote, and this year we decided to go ahead and invest in our home as we needed a new roof and wanted an updated look.I considered a few things before we went ahead with the work. A few houses close to us used their services, so while they were working, I watched how they worked and saw the final product. I also asked the homeowners, and they had many nice things to say about their work.5 stars:- metal roof is the best option to improve your home value and not have to worry about redoing the roof in the future.- the roof guys were great to interact with. I noticed that some roofing company employees are pretty rude (potty mouths) and leave the place in a mess. These guys cleaned up after each day, were extremely polite and seemed to be genuinely interested in doing a good job.- after project support available, so any questions and others were cleared up quickly.- since they do not have to strip the entire roof (just a few small areas), we did not need to worry about hundreds of nails all over the yard (I’ll do a sweep of the place when the snow and ice melts), the work took less time than expected, and less waste to go into our local landfill.

Exceptional service from an exceptional company! Moved into a modular home in need of updating, mid renovation and our first rain, water is pouring from under the kitchen wall. Quickly reached out for 5 quotes and only received 2, Canadian Metal Roof came in under a competitor that quoted sheathing and shingles. I asked how soon as rain was again in the forecast, the cue was roughly 2 weeks, Once I briefly explained our situation the response was simply Let me see what I can do." Awesome company to deal with! We are extremely happy with the quality of materials, the workmanship, professional installation and overall curb appeal. In case anyone is wondering, there is no noise during rainfall because of the steel roof. Highly recommended company.

I talked to Steve (London regional manager) about getting my roof done. He is knowledgeable about the metal roof, he explains how they're going to do my roof, how it's venting, etc.... He gave me a very competitive price. I got my new roof done 3 weeks later (just like he promised). It looks great, no leaks. Bill and his crews did my roof in one day, great group of people, they're polite, they cleaned everything up , you don't even know they're there because they don't leave any mess. We got a new steel roof installed, just under 2 years ago. We found out in the spring that water was leaking into your house. Did water damage to drywall. Sent in emails and phoned, but no returned emails or calls. After about 4 months of emails and calls. With no returned emails and calls. Out of the blue 2 guys show up and put some caulking on the roof and leave. Still no calls or emails about them coming out to fix the roof. Still have water damage inside the house. Be careful with dealing with this company.
