Excellent establishment. Got my frist car loan when I arrived new to country with no credit. No hassles and the all charges and interests are laid out informatively unlike other banks.The credit officer Tracey Adam is a joy to deal with unlike other officers from the bank who are stuck up and unreasonable. Even the branch manager was extremely courteous and helpful. I remember I called to talk to an agent and since she was busy the manager asked me if I would like to hold. He kept checking on me every two minutes and finally requested me to hang up and he will personally get the agent to call me, which he did. Kudos to such great service!!!Just wished they were closer to toronto or barrie, hope establishments like these grow and help people.

Honestly, I have been with ACU since 2011. When no one else would lend me money for a car, Tracey Adam's came through. We were so happy and impressed. They have held our mortgages and car loans since then. Lucina has been helpful and pleasant when dealing with our accounts and services. (And patient with me always calling her for some reason or another). Tracey has gone above and beyond to help us get what we need. She has believed in us and never talked down to us like I have experienced with many other banks. It's nice when people treat you like a person too.

This bank is a joke. Very unprofessional. The manager came from the insurance business.They are only one branch and have no money.Be very careful of your money here..I dont trust them.

very good service credit union are alot better then the stupid banks that dont care about u or ur needs they just care about ripping u off with intrest rates they forgot how to treat a customer as a person instead of a number this place actually gets to know u as a person loved the experience and friendly staff

I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience remortgaging my house! They worked quickly, were able to answer all my questions and were very accommodating.
