Called a couple of times because my home service was blocking my third party email.Was told we can’t trouble shoot third party emails, even after explaining the situation.Used the text feature you offer. 10-15 min after explaining my situation, problem solved.Thanks to Ashanti I can now send and receive emails without having to go to the local coffee shop.Maybe you should tell all your customer service reps this!
