Bought a brand new game, at the new list price. It wasn’t sealed, supposedly to prevent theft. I get home and the voucher inside was already used. Meaning it was a return sold as new or the staff is claiming vouchers, either way not a good look! Don’t let them sell you unsealed games for new prices!

There's one guy in here who really made my day! Managed to help me find some unique Bulbasaur items I don't already own. He wasn't pushy-- and even offered some Pokemon Mystery Gift codes for my fiance and I.Really appreciate their customer service!

Never buy games anymore, but went in to get new cod. The mommas boy(average height, heavier, brown hair, young) who helped me needs to lose the cockyness and improve his customer service. Ill keep this short and to the point.

Really good staff and very helpful with questions. Parking is so so but the friendly atmosphere makes up for this by far. They answered my questions patiently and were knowledgable. The store is well lit and everything was well organized.
