Service was fine, but the mechanics left my car a mess. They stored my tires uncovered in my backseat and got dirt everywhere, and it is clear they handled my steering wheel with the gloves they used to handle everyone’s cars, as it was BROWN. My car mats were even worse. Complete disrespect to my vehicle. I will not be returning

Good afternoon, I had the pleasure of stopping by your shop today with a problem, one of the tires on my 2019 Honda Odyssey was indicating low tire pressure on the dash indicator.  In other words I was looking for free air to top up my tire so I could make it home.  HUNTER received us in such a pleasant way, greeting us as we walked in, requesting what was our problem, and immediately proceeding to offer us solutions.  This kind of professional service is not always available and once it is encountered, the customer is immediately desiring to compliment the company on their excellent employees.  Therefore this message is to compliment Coco Auto Service Ottawa on their choice of employees and thank HUNTER very much for the excellent service he provided to us.  My husband and I (seniors 78 and 83) are very grateful and by the way we did make it home safe and sound.  Thank you again very much.  God bless.  Larry and Louise Chretien

I enjoyed my experience at Coco Auto, they were very fast and efficient. Gave me a good price, and were very kind to me. The young mechanic was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed and helped me order a new tire since one of mine had a hole in it. They were very respectful of my vehicle and made sure no dirt got inside, and even cleaned my key fob after service. Receptionist lady is also very kind and she also helped me order my new tire and found me the best price. Would highly recommend this place! Will be coming back for my spring tire change

Very well spoken ! Very good prices. I live in the Bayshore Area and have explored few garages which are good but for me Coco Auto checks all the boxes in my list

Found a nail in the tread of my tire this morning with tire pressure reduced by half. Based on Google reviews of tire repair shops close by, I called Coco's and explained the situation. Olivia was so pleasant over the phone and just as nice when I arrived 20 minutes later. She managed to fit me into the schedule and had one of her technicians fix the flat immediately. The cost for the stellar service was certainly more than reasonable and, even though I have an electric vehicle, she still gave me a card for a discount on my next oil change (not needed for EVs) for friends or family"! I went out to my car and noticed one of the tires was flat as there was a nail embedded in it. After changing it to the spare tire, I brought my car over to Coco Auto Service to have the tire repaired. Not only was the customer service I received very pleasant, skilled, and super-quick, the price was extremely reasonable. I was in and out within 45 minutes with my repaired tire back on and the spare placed nicely back in my trunk. Thank you to the staff here for making a stressful situation as easy as possible. The waiting area is also very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Friendly fast, and accommodating to the busy life I have. Both Olivia and Oli care about their customers and Hunter their employee is so good at what he does. After calling around Ottawa not able to get a walk in service for a suspected tire leak, I called Coco's and they took me in immediately. It was my first time there and I had the tire diagnostic and fix done all within 30 minutes and for a really good price. I'll definitely be going back to Coco's again for their quick and friendly service, and good prices.
