I’d happily give Dr. Jeney a rating below 1 star if it were possible. Firstly, no acknowledgement when she had walked into the room to see me, didn’t even know who she was to be honest. I was put on a 12-18 month waiting period to get an appointment with an ENT all for an appointment that lasted 5 minutes and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you”. I haven’t had a sense of smell in over 3 years, additionally I have restricted air flow causing a lot of pressure in my ears. The blunt assumption she had right away to TELL ME “you can smell you just can’t smell strong things” to which I corrected her that I have zero sense of smell. She continued to ask questions pertaining to congestion followed by shoving nasal spray into both nostrils, then proceeding to just leave the room and take her next appointment without informing me. She had taken the papers out of my nostrils and asked how my air flow felt, it felt a little better, it definitely wasn’t some miraculous difference like she thought it was going to be. Didn’t seem like she believed my answer so had to ask me again, to which I then followed with “I’m mainly here because I have not had a sense of smell for 3 years and you are ‘treating’ me for congestion”. It ended with some “facts” she had that my smell isn’t a problem and won’t be coming back, followed with how she thinks my story doesn’t make sense based on my explanations of lack of air flow and no smell that I was experiencing. Furthermore, she said “there’s nothing I can do for you” and sent me home. I have never experienced such a horrible encounter within health care in my life. Do not waste your time being put on a waiting period for an appointment at this place, it’s a joke.

I went for surgery and after that i lost feeling of my upper front teeth , her explanation she didn’t go deep enough to touch a nerve , until today i don’t feel my teeth they are numb, it’s very upsetting that i can’t do anything about it!

PT LEFT TO SUFFER IN SEVERE PAIN, RUDE AND UNSYMPATHETIC STAFFOriginally I had a great experience, In 2020 they took me urgently because I had a persistent ear infection that created a huge hole in my ear drum leaving me with a 50% hearing deficit. She affectively treated the infection that had previously been misdiagnosed by my own family doctor and 3 emergency doctors.Today my ear is causing me extreme pain. I called the office at 6AM and left a message. I explain that this has happened previously and that traditional methods used by doctors and the Emergency aren’t an option due to the hole in my ear drum. I’m terrified because the pain I had experienced previously was the worst I had ever had. THE RECEPTIONIST said “well referrals are only good for a year so unfortunately you have no choice but to go to the emergency” KNOWING that the emergency CANNOT affectively treat my ear BECAUSE OF THE HUGE HOLE IN MY EAR DRUM.I’m in so much pain, and left abandoned by the staff of the specialist I was for good reason referred to.I have never been so disappointed in a physicians office I’m my life, literally being left with no choice but to suffer with pain that can’t be treated by anyone other than an ENT specialist.

My appointment was on 25 Jan and I missed it. They didn’t call to remind me of the appointment, and they said “we will remind you before the appointment” it was on September lol.They said we called you Monday but I didn’t receive any call from them. Now they want 80$ to reschedule. terrible!
