I brought my truck to Myers Nissan Kanata for regular service for approx 4yrs.My last visit with them I had to get Nissan customer service involved to rectify mistakes made by the service department.I ended up having to take my vehicle to another Nissan dealership to have the workmanship errors fixed.A couple of side notes; the service tech wanted to take my truck home, because it would not get an appropriate road test if he didn't. I also needed a new transmission after this visit.My truck was in for 7 days, no loaner vehicle was provided. I was offered one at day 3 but had to return it a couple days later.I would never bring a vehicle back to this dealership.To the management; when you know service has failed a customer experience so poorly. Take them off the service reminder list.

My fiance and I recently sold our Rogue as we no longer needed it. We attempted to sell it online for at least 60 days and despite 200 potential buyers speaking with us, we were not able to sell it directly. We took the Rogue to various dealerships, MKN stood well above the crowd of other dealerships in terms of customer service and generosity; the best of both worlds!Thanks to Noah for reaching out to us and being patient as we weighed out our options. Thank you to Neil and Jeremy for their support, having proper processes in place to make this a great experience Albert the service manager even drove my fiance home!!! Wow just wow!!!! It was unsatisfactory right from the start with the purchase of a 2023 Leaf to our most recent service experience. At the time of purchase, I was not warned about the car's out-of-date fast charger (CHAdeMO) even though I had made it clear that we would be charging the car at fast chargers for lack of chargers in our apartment complex. There was little to no effort to remedy this situation and we have been left unable to travel far from home for lack of suitable charging facilities. Yesterday we felt strung along with service department assurances as we waited 3.5 hours for a simple winter to summer tire change. There also seemed to be some question of the car being driven a distance off the lot. Even though I have purchased 3 Nissan cars to date, I will not purchase another.

I had such an amazing experience here buying my first car. Trevor and Zain really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience. I went to 3 other dealerships prior to this one and none of their customer service even compared to what I experienced here. I had a rough idea of what I wanted when I came in, but Trevor was so amazing in making sure I had everything I wanted in my first car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and especially recommend Trevor’s service.

Took my older model Nissan truck here, pretty apprehensive at first. I can confirm the the service advisor Samuel, and technician KC, put me at ease. Both went above and beyond to make my experience a good one and are the main reasons that I highly recommend taking your Nissan (even you '97 4x4 Hardbody baby of a truck) to these pals. 10 out of 10.

Purchased a floor model 2019 Nissan Murano (back in 2020). Only a few years old and has had numerous issues.My primary mechanic (not dealership) indicated issues with front struts and rear differential and mentioned dealer may look at issues under warranty (I bought the extended). Took car in, mechanic said no issue with differential and struts would be not covered.Charged me service fee (labour) and essentially not helpful when I asked what did the extended warranty actually cover?I had stopped taking the car to the dealer even during the 3 year warranty due to poor service.Asked to speak to shop manager, told they were on vacation and sent on my merry (unfixed) way.Disappointed yet again.

The Service team is are phenomenal!! Highly recommended. I had a coolant leak issue, they took the pathfinder in last minute and looked at it. It turned out to be something minor and I was back on the road in a half hour.Great job!!
