Called early December to receive a quote regarding residential propane service. I have called multiple times and waited a few months, still have not received a call from the service technician in our area. It’s understandable that things may be busy, but a simple return phone call goes a long way. Was hoping for a more professional and motivated distributor.

We acquired a home with existing tanks last spring. Confirmed via email we wanted to remain clients in June. Our tanks went dry last week. We have been out of our home since and are getting the run around when the tanks can be refilled. Last week we were told today, today maybe Friday...this is unacceptable on every level.

Convenient location, good service, larger tanks have a very good price, smaller tanks a little more than Costco, but way more convenient than standing in line there. Recommended
