Peel Regional Police 12 Division

Went there to report an accident and the cadet took less than 10 seconds to determine that the damage was less then 2k and non reportable. The cadet seemed to be tired and least interested in providing any clear guidance. What a waste of my time.

I can only review this based on the one experience I've had but I thought that my issue was handled quite well and worth giving a strong rating on. I went to 12 Division to report a theft of property from my house. I knew who did it and the person who was responsible admitted that they held my possessions when asked by the police. The constable that was assigned to my case handled the matter in a polite fashion and was successful in getting the guilty individual to return my property. I'm not sure how she did it but whatever she did it worked and I applaud her for treating me with kindness throughout the whole process.

Today Morning I went to report my lost bag & Wallet. I have reported in online last night and I couldn't add all the possible details there so thought of updating it personally. The male office who was chatting with the female officer (both without masks) didn't even spend 10 sec of his time to listen me. He told some one will call or email me. I went there only as I didn't hear from them for 12 hours and I am not sure how long should I wait to hear from them.

No Tv in room. Had to ask for toiletries, guest next door was extremely loud and vulgar, no amenities, Bed was hard as a rock, concierge was rude and refused to allow me to leave, complimentary breakfast consisted of a sandwich and juice, would have preferred buffet style. Luggage wasn’t brought to my room. On good side they personally escorted me and felt extremely safe in my room

Just called this station to report a mass scam happening in the gta that I’ve been a victim of and the guy who answered was completely rude, as I was explaining the situation he basically told me to stop talking and there was nothing he could do…. Didn’t even let me finish speaking. I’m sure there are many more victims of this sophisticated scammer who has likely claimed over thousands of dollars, but the police could honestly care less and this man on the phone disgusted me even more than the actual scammer. Absolutely rude and doesn’t care to do his job at all

No part of their job is “easy”. They hear, see, deal with everything. From what’s considered minor to the worst...Take a minute to realize what life would be without people like them.Id like to give a huge thank you to all officers, firefighters, paramedics.

Very unhelpful. Someone literally picked up and hung up the phone after I was transferred to the new line.After calling back and explaining the reason for my call, there was an awkward silence before hearing an automated service come on the line which gave me options that I was completely unfamilar with.There was no response or guidance from the officer as to how I can go about my endeavors, no indication that I was being transferred, nothing.These accumulated micro experiences are the reason why we see the tension and problems on a larger scale. Badges come with great responsibility but it seems we're scrapping the bottom of the barrel here.

Spoke to a lady in communications. Wow the reviews are correct. If I'm calling you with a problem and I'm trying to explain something to you or I'm trying to clarify something to you why the hell do you feel the need to try and bark and speak at me instead of speaking to me. These are the same officers that were supposed to call for help and these are also the same officers who are supposed to help deescalate situations instead all she did was make it worse and instead of listening to me so I could correct her on the address situation that they kept mixing up that they couldn't really investigate because obviously they can't count she decided to hang up the phone after yelling. I'm glad I saved the recording because eventually I will find a way to upload all of these so everybody will know exactly how you guys are as if they already don't know pathetic

I reported my theft backpack from my truck on 27 of July 2022, and because thieves took my cheque books beside my other important documents including my entire family passport, SIN, citizenship card and banking information, thieves sign my Scotia and TD Banks cheque and bogus sign and withdrew my money 5 times and I reported thieves name as shown on the cheques to police on the same day( end of July and the beginning of August) in this case thieves are known 100% and bank also verified. Despite my calling and emailing again and again so far nothing happen all though those culprits can be behind the bar in a day and my most important documents can be recovered. The system is very slow here and I also reported that thieves know my address and my bank balance and they can approach upto my home but NO RESPONSE OR RESULTS. Guys you are seeing how much the crime of robbery and car theft in the area. In the above mentioned scenario if this theft would have happened in third world country and I would have given them all proofs, believe me “ the thieves would have been caught in the same day and in the Jail.UNBELIEVABLE situation here.

I called the main number for 12 th division and was told the customer you dial in not in service " 3 times this happened. Great job"
