Amazing Building to live in

Please don't purchase a condo in this building.1. The building is infested with roaches.2. The elevators don't function properly and I have been forced to take the stairs almost all the time. Please note the elevators are not new and their interior has been changed. Thats all. The elevator in the garage is close to being non functional as its never there.3. The maintenance fee is extremely high4. The management shuts down water without any prior notice5. The windows are old. The road traffic can be heard all day and night. During high winds, they start rattling.6. The Indian fellow at the security (who sits during the day) is extremely rude and unhelpful. He doesn't even sign for packages and lets the post office take it back. Nor does he open the door for family members.7. Visitor parking is a pain.8. The parking garage is quite low and cannot accommodate larger vehicles.9. The garage door, (God knows how many times they'll fix it instead of replacing it) breaks down very often leaving you stranded in your car for upto 15 mins outside.10. The only benefit is the distance from transit and the mall

Older buildings but nice condo layouts for units. And it's located in the heart of Mississauga. Easy access to highways, restaurants, and largest shopping centre in Ontario!

I really love to live in this building. I have living here for almost 4 years and I had never seen cockroaches. The cleaners work every day, even the weekend, and always you can feel that you are living in a nice place. The commute is perfect, the building is located just 2 minutes from the highway, but at the same time, you do not hear the highway, and you do not see it. I enjoy a lot the private garden that we have in the back part of the building and my little son enjoy all the time the playground. For other hand, as we know, in the short future the City will build the light train along the Hurontario St, and the corner with Robert Speck Parkway will be one of the stop, this means that every day this location will be more appreciate for everybody. The building in the last 2 years, had had a lot of updates, what is very important because we can see to where our money goes: new elevators ( garage and building), Tv in each lobby, were removed some unnecessary walls, now the cladding is being improving, etc. Another important aspect about the building, to different to others places, is the financial situation, is super healthy. Every year we have a Meeting where all the owners are invited , and we can get all the necessary information about the building expenses, future plans, reparations, unexpected expenses, etc, and a very detail about the building funds.

Great place, nice pool, party rooms, hang out spots, gyms, its a good place to hang with friends. The only thing is the light infestation of cockroaches gross

Not enough 5 minute parking, visitors parking is on roof top a pain to get in

READ THIS PLEASE! IF YOU CONSIDER RENT OR BUY HERE!!The worse, there's really no pros to this condo aside from the fact that it's 10 minute walk to square one and close to highway that's it. You want to buy a condo here? Rent? Well let me tell you, get ready for car drag racing noise two to three nights a week and I'm talking about 1-2 am, the building's at Shipp and Hurantario corner and the noise is so vast it's insane! Security in honestly none existent, they hire security personnel that could pass off as teens who don't care, the morning security officer Jaal" does his job but once his shift ends at around 3-4pm is when the buffoons come in for the night
