We originally met Fabiola when she consulted on how to transform a 1970-style main floor in our newly purchased home. We loved her vision and hired her to fully design our kitchen and give advice on the rest of our main floor, including removing walls (some load-bearing).Not long after meeting, we sat with her to review three (yes, three) different floor plan arrangements that she drew up, with all kinds of ideas on how to completely remodel our main floor. Once we picked one, she worked her magic - connecting us with contractors, guiding us through the building permit process, connecting us to suppliers, etc. She made sure to run nearly every idea by us with multiple options for us to choose. She prioritized our style and what mattered most to us.The end result was a beautiful, well-designed space that is very clearly custom designed to our very space and not simply regurgitating trendy" ideas or forcing template designs. She has an eye for design unlike anyone I've ever met and has a capacity to understand what we're looking for and how to realize it. Plus

Fabiola is amazing! We hired By Fabiola Design to work with us to create a new kitchen layout. Fabiola provided us with a few layout options and we could not have dreamt up the new layout without her.She’s so respectful of clients ideas/vision but explains her reasoning if she believes a different option is the best plan. She helped us choose our finishings which was so helpful with young children at home and during Covid. She helped link us with our cabinet maker and contractor.We have now started our renovation and she’s been checking in every other week. Everything is running so smoothly!

Working with Fabiola was a wonderful experience. She has a way of understanding exactly what style you are interested in and matches that to the price point you want. I could not believe how quickly Fabiola grasped what we were looking for . And she really really got it. She was so pleasant and easy to work with, always ahead of schedule and under budget. Renovations made easy! Fabiola helped us totally transform our dark and dreary basement into a fresh, clean, modern yet cozy space for movie date nights and a huge play area for our kids to enjoy now and when they are older.Working with Fabiola was easy - she listened to all of our requests, working them into her design seamlessly. She is energetic, organized, responsive, creative and truly wants to custom tailor your space to fit your needs.In addition to Fabiola’s design services, we also used her project management services and boy was that a good decision. Not sure where to begin, other than to say THANK YOU to Fabiola and her team for helping make our bathroom transformation a success (before and after photos attached). The final product turned out better than my wife and I could have ever hoped for -- which is saying a lot, given how picky she is :P From start to finish, Fabiola and the team were professional, honest and willing to work with us and our vision, as well as the limitations of the space in our ancient 1950's bathroom. She provided constructive suggestions, which turned out to be some of the best decisions we made. Her expertise and experience really helped ensure everything turned out and our investment in our home had the biggest and best impact. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. I had the opportunity to work with Fabiola on designing my new home. With a few pictures and a vision in mind she not only made it all come to life she surpassed my expectations not only did she work extremely hard to put it all together she respected and kept me below my budget. After owning several new built home I will never do anything without her and can't wait till our next project. Thank you
