Went in here on my way to Kelowna, it’s definitely a little expensive, but the customer service was amazing! I think his name was Kaleb? Super knowledgable on dog food and very nice!

Just a beautiful store! Large and well laid out. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of food for dogs and cats. All sorts of high-end products and grain-free options as well as lower grade foods. If you love your pet as much as you tell your friends you do you should shop here. Give your pet the best and they'll give you theirs.

It was ok because when I bought treats from there no one mentioned I could not return them. The next day when I tried to return them I was able to but the person was so mean about it and was not very nice

Love our Bosley's, the girls are always so friendly and helpful. When our pupper was having an allergic reaction to her food they helped us find a food that wouldn't make her sick and refunded us for the bag of food that had chicken in it.

A great selection of products, but even more importantly the staff was so helpful in choosing the right items for our newest addition. They took the time to discuss all the nutritional details of the different kitten foods and help us select the right one.

We have started looking after our niece's dog when she is at work. He likes to eat his kibble out of a Kong. We purchased a Kong (to keep at our house) on Mar 03/22. When I opened it, the opening looked bigger than the Kong she brings for him. I had purchased the wrong size (confirmed when she dropped him off the next day). On Mar 04/22 I returned to the store to exchange the Kong for a smaller one (with my receipt). I was told that the packaging was wrinkled and they refused to offer an exchange. Their receipt says items returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a store gift card". I have included a photo of the package and the back of the receipt.
